The File Numbers/Call Signs screen is where you enter the file numbers/call signs pertaining to the pleading you are submitting. You must enter at least one File Number or Call Sign with each pleading and you may enter multiple file numbers and/or call signs with each pleading.
For each File Number/Call Sign, select either File Number or Call Sign, enter the File Number or Call Sign, and click the SUBMIT button.
After clicking the SUBMIT button, the page will update to show the entered File Number/Call Sign. You may enter additional File Numbers/Call Signs.
You may delete an entered File Number/Call Sign by clicking all appropriate check boxes of the entered File Numbers/Call Signs and clicking the DELETE button.
To go back to the Pleadings Information Page, click the BACK button.
When you are finished entering File Numbers/Call Signs, click the CONTINUE button.
