This page displays a high level summary of all information on the assignment/transfer application.
You can review and edit your application information by selecting the View or Edit button next to the information you want to review.
Before certifying the application, make sure you provide all attachments that are required with this application. Review the instructions included with the both the electronic and paper versions of the Form 603 to determine whether attachments are required with this application.
Once the application is ready, click on the Approve and Certify or the Continue to Certify button at the bottom of the page.
If you want to send the application back to the Assignee without approval, click on the Send Back to Assignee Unapproved button at the bottom of the page.
