The Installment Payments page is only presented when the Installment Payments question on the Designated Entity Information page is answered as "Yes."
This Payments question is answered by the Assignor/Transferor. Select Yes or No from the pull-down menu to indicate whether all the installment payment obligations for each of the subject licenses have been paid in full.
In a non-pro forma application this question is answered by the Assignee/Transferee. Only answer this question if the answer to the installment payments question above is "No." Select from the following choices the eligibility status description that applies to the Applicant. Refer to the appropriate FCC Auction rules and to the FCC's rules in Title 47 of the Code of Federal Regulations (47 CFR).
