Where a transaction involves transfer or assignment of licenses by affiliated licensees, a separate application must be filed for each affiliate, and each applicant must enter "Yes" because the transaction that is the subject of its application also involves transfer or assignment of wireless licenses held by affiliated licensees. Enter "No" if all of the licenses to be transferred or assigned as a result of the proposed transaction are included on this application. Affiliated applicants who seek to assign or transfer licenses as part of a common transaction are strongly encouraged to contact the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau in advance of filing an Assignment of Authorization/Transfer of Control.

For this purpose, "wireless" licenses are licenses in services that are covered by FCC Form 603, FCC Wireless Telecommunications Bureau Application for Assignments of Authorization and Transfers of Control, and "non-wireless" licenses are licenses in any other FCC-regulated service (e.g., broadcast) for which a form other than Form 603 is used to request Commission approval of the assignment or transfer. Applicants who seek to assign or transfer both wireless and non-wireless licenses are strongly encouraged to contact the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau in advance of filing Form 603.
