Select Full Assignment or Partial Assignment to indicate which type of assignment you are requesting. In a full assignment of authorization, the authorization for all of the facilities of a station for a site-based authorization or all of a geographic area and spectrum for a market-based authorization is assigned. In a partial assignment of authorization, authorization for some, but not all, of the facilities of a station for a site-based authorization is assigned (i.e. location, path or frequencies of a call sign).
The Full or Partial Assignment question is only presented when the answer to the Partitioning and Disaggregation question is "No."
The answer to this question determines the flow of the assignment application.
If Full Assignment is indicated, then all Call Sign assignments listed on the application must be full assignments (no partitioning, no disaggregation, and no partial assignments) and assigned at the call sign level (the entire license is assigned).
If Partial Assignment question is indicated, then all Call Sign assignments listed on the application must be location, path, or frequency level assignments (no partitioning, no disaggregation and no full assignments).
Note: Once this question has been answered and Continue is selected, the answer cannot be changed. It can be re-accessed from the Summary page as "View," but not as "Edit." If the question was answered incorrectly, the application must be deleted and restarted.
