The Closed Bidding Licenses page is only presented when the Closed Bidding Licenses question on the Designated Entity Information page is answered as "Yes."
This Construction Information question is answered by the Assignor/Transferor. Select Yes or No from the pull-down menu to indicate whether construction notifications have been submitted as required by the Commission's rules for each of the subject licenses.
In a non-pro forma application the Eligibility Status question is answered by the Assignee/Transferee. Only answer this question if you answered "No" to the construction notifications question above. Select from the following choices the eligibility status description that applies to the Applicant.
