The Bidding Credits page is only presented when the Bidding Credits question on the Designated Entity Information page is answered as "Yes."

Payments

This Payments question is answered by the Assignor/Transferor. Select Yes or No from the pull-down menu to indicate whether the full amount of bidding credit(s) awarded with regard to each of the subject license(s) have been paid as part of unjust enrichment payment(s) in previous transaction(s).

Eligibility Status

In a non-pro forma application the Eligibility Status question is answered by the Assignee/Transferee. This question is answered only if the answer to the unjust enrichment payment question above is "No." Select from the following choices the eligibility description that applies to the Applicant.

  1. qualifies for the same designated entity status as the current Licensee
  2. qualifies for a different designated entity status as the current Licensee
  3. does not qualify for any designated entity status
